One Guy, One Garage, and a Whole Lot of Know-How

It started with just me — Dave Baroni — in a single-car garage with a busted mower, a toolbox, and a mission to do better work than the big shops.

I didn’t have a fancy setup, just years of experience, grit, and a drive to give Cape Cod neighbors repairs they could count on.

Today, I’ve got a mobile setup, a full bench of tools, and the know-how to get your equipment back up and running — fast, affordable, and no fluff.

I’m based right here on Cape Cod and proud to serve our towns from Sandwich to Provincetown — combining old-school work ethic with real engine expertise on every job I touch.

Dave Baroni

I’m Dave Baroni — born and raised on the Cape, and probably the guy your neighbor already called to fix their mower. I started Simple Fix because I got tired of seeing people pay dealership prices just to get basic repairs done on equipment they depend on.

I didn’t go to some fancy trade school. I learned in the garage, fixing my dad’s old snowblower at 14, and never really stopped turning wrenches since. Over the years, I’ve worked in landscaping, construction, and marine services — all while repairing every type of small engine I could get my hands on.

Now, I run Simple Fix as a one-man show. That means when you call, you're talking to me — not a receptionist or a call center. I handle the diagnosis, the repair, and the handshake when the job’s done.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me grilling with family, out on the water, or tuning up someone’s gear just because I enjoy it. Around here, we do things right, or we don’t do them at all.
